Below are 4 sponsorship options. Each sponsorship option includes a booth size and additional perks!

Being a sponsor is not required to become an exhibitor, however, sponsorship opportunities are limited and have some awesome perks!

Additional Sponsorship Options
There are more ways to help the event be a success! There are limited spots for each additional sponsorship option.
Swag Bag Sponsor (for those not booked in the show) $100
- The first 200 people through the door receive a swag bag full of product samples and discounts.
- This sponsorship is available to companies that wish to promote their products and services through gift certificates and/or samples in the swag bags.

Gift Bag Sponsor $900 if we print the bags / $250 if you provided the bags
- Have your logo printed on 200 re-usable fabric bags that will be handed out to the first 200 attendees

Door Prize Sponsor
- Companies that are unable to contribute to the swag bags but would like to promote their products and services can offer a door prize. The door prize sponsor must provide 1 or more gift packages with a minimum value of $30

Entertainment Stage Sponsor $425
- The Entertainment stage is where all the action happens! Have your business front and center when the large crowds come to watch all the excitement!

Swag Bag Participation
Get your brand directly into the hands of every attending family! By adding an item to our event swag bags, your business will reach hundreds of local households. Ideal for coupons, samples, branded merchandise, or small promotional giveaways.
A minimum of 200 items would be required to participate in the swag bag.
No charge for adding your item into the swag bag but the minimum requirement must be met.
Ad in Show Guide - Between $85 - $225
Be seen with a featured advertisement in our official Show Guide. You will receive a full colour and options of full page, 3/4 page, 1/2 page or 1/4 page advertisement.

Donating to Door Prizes
Support the excitement of the event by donating a prize for our door prize draws. Your company will be acknowledged during the prize announcements.
The value of Prize must be a minimum of $30

A focused session to understand your business, target audience and goals.
Social Media Starter Kit
Research, give suggestions and work with you to create the types of graphics and content that should be used on your posts.

Online Optimization
Review and optimize your social platforms as well as audit your website as a first time viewer to give you suggestions on how to improve the user experience.
Video Package - $1200
Work with a local professional videographer to create a custom promotional video for your business. Whether it’s your brand story, or product spotlight, this content can be used not just during the Expo but all year round on your social platforms, website, or ads.
The video would be between 45 seconds to 2 minutes.
This package is filmed during a single day on location at your business.
Business must be located in Saskatoon or Regina and within 50 km's.
In order to help you promote your video, it must be captured before February of 2026 so we can promote it on our social media as well!
