The Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club (Goldfins) is a non-profit organization established in 1978, with our roots dating back to the 1950’s! We have grown to be the largest all-season swim club in Saskatchewan, with over 425 swimmers in our Junior, Competitive, and Masters Programs!
Junior Goldfins is our ‘Learn to Race’ Swimming Lesson Program, designed for children under the age of 10. This program offers a fun learning environment from the Novice swimmer just learning to float & glide, to our Gold swimmer who will be working toward a continuous 500-meter swim! Bronze, Silver, and Gold swimmers will also get a chance to race in several FUN MEETS throughout the season, while being mentored by our senior swimmers! Registration is available throughout the season, from September – June!
The Goldfins Competitive Program is based on Athletic Canada’s Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. An athlete’s path is based on a variety of factors – including age, ability, commitment and desire. From our new races to our seasoned international competitors, our well-educated and dedicated coaches will guide your child, giving them the best chance at long-term success! Please contact the club to schedule your swimmer's free assessment!
Goldfins Masters swimming is for any adult who would like to get some exercise, improve their swimming, get fabulous coaching, and meet some like-minded athletes! We have a range of options from beginner to experienced classes. Swim 1, 2 or even 3+ times a week!
